Product Marketing Lead

Your primary focus will be to use your unique skillset to collaborate between marketing, sales, engineering, and our target audiences to make sure our products are designed and promoted using customer experience as the top criteria.

There’s little doubt the role will be incredibly varied but day-to-day expect to:

  1. Manage product launches by gathering market insights and sharing with the Engineering Team while using our NPD phase-gate process.
  2. Lead the strategic targeting of campaigns by using insights to drive expansion through our customer base and the overall market.
  3. Translate engineering specs and technical jargon into value propositions that compel prospects to learn more.
  4. Ensure product training is successful by identifying the necessary collateral for end users and prepping the sales team to sell!
  5. Continuously improve the customer experience by sharing your learnings from customers and campaign results, ensuring they are integrated into new offerings and campaigns.

What we need

We’ll be looking for someone who has at least two years’ experience in a similar marketing role. We definitely want someone who understands the importance of collaboration, research and testing to get the best possible return on every dollar invested.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience of at least 2 years of product management experience.
  • B2B experience preferred; in an engineering, product marketing, and/or product management position.
  • Ability to understand and translate engineering details into messaging strategy and value propositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—there is a heavy amount of listening, writing and presenting ideas in this role.
  • Excel working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product and sales message to life.
