MECCO is looking for an experienced technical or electronic services engineer to join the service team.  This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to take their career to the next level.

About the role

You will be our technical expert on our dot peen and laser products with a high level of applications understanding.  You will provide inbound technical and troubleshooting support for dot peen and laser equipment and systems. 

On any given day you will:

  • Provide technical support and user training requests (via email and phone) for customers and the sales team
  • Assemble components to build assemblies as per customer specifications
  • Communicate design flaws to engineering, adjust components to fit machine build accordingly
  • Perform QA on completed equipment prior to shipping

Skills and experience needed

The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years’ technical automation service experience and an Electrical or Engineering degree. 

You will have a natural disposition towards helping others and project a friendly, professional demeanour at all times.

We will provide full training and ongoing support.
