What’s on offer
About the role
This is a sales role but this is NOT a call center. Think of yourself as the quarterback on a football team. You will lead web and phone discovery sessions that demonstrate the unique potential of our solutions and scope customer requirements (this is where your technical and organizational skills come into play). You own the opportunity from beginning to end but you have a lot of support along the way.
Sales opportunities will be given to you daily. Our promotional team uses lead-generation campaigns to continuously generate prospects who are likely to benefit from our highly regarded marking and traceability products. What’s more, these prospects will have a genuine interest in our products, and how they can use our solutions for improved marking and traceability.
Skills and experience needed
You will be comfortable in a busy sales environment and are familiar with using a CRM (we use Salesforce.com). You’re very organized and understand the importance of staying on task and meeting deadlines.
You’ll also have the smarts to rapidly pick up our portfolio. Enthusiastically articulating our products and services will quickly become second nature. Any kind of industrial or manufacturing experience will be very helpful.
Because the role is office-based, if you don’t like talking on the phone, this isn’t the position for you.
We will provide full training and ongoing support.
