Dot Peen Marking Equipment | MC2000 Series

The MC2000 is a computer-controlled marking machine that marks by indenting a series of dots. In this series of units, the marking head travels on X-Y slides.

Permanent marking is possible on a wide range of materials (metal, plastic, wood, glass, etc.) due to the repeated action of a properly sharpened carbide stylus. With this system, it is possible to mark extremely hard, uneven and curved work pieces.

For portable direct part marking applications requiring larger marking window sizes, the standard MC2000 Series provides deep, high speed marking. 

• Available in 2 marking window sizes:
  • 90mm x 60mm  (approx. 3.5” x 2.5”)
  • 150mm x 100mm (approx 6” x 4”)
• Available in both electric and pneumatic design
• 100% Carbide Stylus – able to mark hardened steel up to 62 HRC hardness

• Flat, convex and concave surfaces can be marked

• Low impact marking with minimal vibration
• Cable lengths of 5 and 9 meters.
• Steel reinforced drive belts
• 2D Data Matrix – Standard feature when used with the MC2000 T Controller
